This is confusing then. You can have items in Dashboard that are not > in any other collection, and vice versa. This sounds very confusing to me. What exactly *is* the dashboard then. Is it just another "collection". Is it special in any way? It seems to me the behavior of these collections needs to be polished. To me, you should have uncategorized items, all items, and then items in specific collections/categories. I am not clear what dashboard is or why it is needed, but it may very well be that I am missing something important on this one. As it relates to the other terms I am not clear, despite your statement, that triage is anything other than sorting. Either tags, categories, or folders would be acceptable nomenclature that would give people clarity as to what your groupings do. I dont think any of this is sufficiently new (or even new at all) such that it requires new words. New words really undermine understandability. Try going to a foreign language website and absorb the emotional gestalt of being totally confused. That is what foreign words do. This is milder than that but the general psychological effect is the same.
