I've logged a bug to add a 'Collections' label for the Desktop.

I'm not sure about the Hub UI. It depends on what we do with the 'New
collection' feature. Currently there is already a label of sorts in
the sidebar because there is text that says: Create new collection...
I hesitate to add more chrome in that quadrant of the header area.
