Thanks for showing me that command, I hadn't found it before. $ gnome-extensions disable ubuntu-appindicat...@ubuntu.com
The CPU/mem/net indicators disappeared and I know how to restore them. 👍🏻 I ran a test with xterm. Exactly one rectangle overlaid >screenshot< because I slowed the BEL timer. I may have misunderstood your instructions before "and then log in again", because I didn't log out..? I just ran this to bring my indicators back. $ gnome-extensions enable ubuntu-appindicat...@ubuntu.com ** Attachment added: "xterm obscured by one failed alert mask, indicators are disabled" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2113786/+attachment/5883397/+files/xterm-obscured-no-indicators.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2113786 Title: Dark rectangle over gnome-terminal is a ghost of a "visual alert" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/2113786/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
