I removed all user-installed GNOME Shell extensions by deleting
~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions, logged out and logged back in.

The issue is still reproducible with no user extensions installed.

I have also run:

apport-collect 2160446

and uploaded the requested diagnostic information.

The GNOME top bar remains visible when World of Warcraft Classic runs in
Windowed (Fullscreen) through Lutris/Wine on Wayland.

Running the same game through Gamescope still hides the top bar
correctly.
