LSARC actually, and it's been in progress for quite a while.
You can see the EOL notice in the Solaris 10 8/07 Release Notes,
and a couple pieces are already out of Nevada, like sdtimage.
Of course, we can't remove CDE from OpenSolaris, since OpenSolaris
has never had it, due to the various 3rd party encumberances on it.
