[desktop-discuss] Grants updated for the elections

I'm currently working on both emancipation of libc & other closed binaries, and 
I've begun work adding dtrace probes to the C++ standard library ( which 
benefits KDE ) and DBus ( which benefits both GNOME and KDE ), so if the 
desktop community would be willing I would like to ask for a core grant.
