I think this is pretty fair - especially so given that it pretty much goes in the spirit of what I tried to achieve with the initial list. I'm absolutely *thrilled* people have spoken up about their grants, and I'll start collecting them all together this weekend for the vote next week. Using Ghee and Brian's guidelines seems like a good plan - thanks for suggesting a sane approach! Glynn
