After going around and around and around and around attempting to input the password to my protected home network (right click icon, choose network, sometimes it asks, sometimes it ignores me), I tried connecting to my neighbor's unprotected network and it worked immediately.
Have started a full package update. Maybe nwam is enhanced. Has anyone succeeded in connecting to a protected network? Is svc the only way to restart nwam? Is it worth futzing with this anymore? thanks, Stuart
