Sounds OK to me, although again, "encumbered" might be less ambiguous.

We should have a more generic mechanism for selecting subtrees so pkgtool 
doesn't have real knowledge about the directory structure.

I'm also adding SFEgnome-media-extras as a combination of gst-plugins-bad 
and -ugly in a moment, which depends on a whole bunch of encumbered code.
