I'm not sure.  There's no harm in moving it to "ugly" or "non-free" for
now.  If there is a real need to consider adding it to a Solaris
deliverable at some point in the future, we can do the legal research
later.  If we find it is actually ok, we can move it back out of
"ugly" or "non-free" at that time.  Sound reasonable?
