I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that those of us who know anything about that are prohibited from discussing confidential negotiations that may have occured in the past, be occuring in the present, or may occur in the future, between Sun and other companies in a public forum such as this, since they are covered by NDA's and such, and information about them is restricted to what both companies agree to make public, if and when a deal is reached. (That's unfortunately just general business practice for most dealings between companies in the modern world, not a specific restriction of this case.)
