Hi Francesco, this sounds interesting. I've got a gut feeling it could have to do something with audio, cause Wine and OSOL aren't friends now.
Try installing OSS sound drivers into OSOL in Virtual Box, it may help. I'll try to replicate this issue in the meantime.
