Nevada (SXCE) build 90 and later will stop offering CDE session options
in the session menus in the graphical login screens (dtlogin & gdm).

This is the next step in the EOF and removal of the CDE Desktop
in Solaris Nevada - it should not come as a surprise to anyone at
this point that CDE is going away.

In build 90 this change will be present in dtlogin in the C locale and
gdm in all locales - it will propagate to dtlogin in other locales in
later builds as the localized versions of the dtlogin configuration
files update to match.

Users with no session preference will be logged directly into JDS and
no longer offered a choice of sessions to choose.

Users with existing session preferences specifying CDE will continue
to get a CDE desktop for now, but should prepare for that to stop
functioning in a future build. (You'll certainly find you won't get
CDE if you install OpenSolaris 2008.05 on your machine, so you'll have
to get used to GNOME or another desktop soon.)

If you must support CDE on Nevada for testing or debugging for now,
and need to restore it to the dtlogin screen, you can copy the Xresources
file from /usr/dt/config/$LANG/ to /etc/dt/config/$LANG/ and uncomment
the Dtlogin*altDt lines. For Trusted CDE, repeat for the Xtsolresources
files. To restore the CDE option to the gdm login screen, remove the
"Hidden=true" line from the /usr/share/xsessions/CDE.desktop file.
