It's a problem with time, we don't have enough time while on earth. Things can change, nothing is forever, and I would even go as far as help them get it up to usable state from a desktop user perspective, but replace Thunderbird, Mail.app, or Entourage, that's a feat with current status of GTK+ on OSX.
