Thanks for the pointer to gdmsetup. This does what I want, although I would prefer to have the OpenSolaris dialog box, rather than the Gnome one, just without the blue graphic background. Can this be done ?
Also I noticed that with the gnome dialog box, the screen never blanks, either that or the idle timeout is really long. Mark -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
