I agree. On the other side, many CRs can be filled by people without deeeeeep technical skills. And it is on engineers to triage CRs (and ask for additional data), split them to multiple parts if needed, or leave them as some umbrella. And for this particular situation the CR explains the problem, leaving the decision how to fix it on engineers. People have a problem and one of them added few suggestions. Now it is on FS teamleaders to decide how to deal with it. Best regards, Milan
