[desktop-discuss] what is missing in the OpenSolaris desktop?

Maybe what takes least effort to solve this problem is to fix the broken 
ntfs-3g driver? It is working, but not fast. Using DTrace and massaging the 
code a bit, solves this problem. This hopefully doesnt require to much work?
