sudo conary q glibc --troves glibc=2.3.6-8-0.1[~glibc.tls] glibc:doc=2.3.6-8-0.1[~glibc.tls] glibc:lib=2.3.6-8-0.1[~glibc.tls] glibc:locale=2.3.6-8-0.1[~glibc.tls] glibc:runtime=2.3.6-8-0.1[~glibc.tls]
I guess that means the glibc stuff is there. I have searched on the error "checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables" have tried CC=gcc-3.4.4, export CC, ldconfig, checking PATH and a few other things but nothing helps. I still get that error. Thanks for the response. I'll keep searching... I don't find a glibc-devel or glibc on my system however.
