Thanks Chris. I believe Bhavana is also working with Delphine to make sure that 
truncated strings that truly obfuscate the meaning end up on the leo? list in 
case they need to be addressed separately instead of with a system-wide change.

Please make sure to let us know if a system-wide change does end up being the 
desired path forward (and which bug we can find that in).
