I am currently in the process of trying to create a support tool for work which allows us to navigate customers around a Panasonic TV environment. This would include the menu systems and also the FireFox OS. I am using WebIDE and have tried to take screenshots of the TV screen but all i get is a grey screen as as result. Are you able to help?
