I have made an android app where you can track your phone and I want to make something similar for laptops that has been lost or stolen. So basically a web page where you can track your laptop on a map and perhaps do some controls like erasing files, take pictures, etc. So, is this the place to ask for an API key? Are there any limits to the number on requests?
