Then please remove "open-source" from the sentence. It will make things clear. See paragraph 6 of http://opensource.org/osd as to why open-source is not compatible is a "non-commercial" restriction. If you want to restrict usage this way, you can't say "we narrow to open source projects". Even though it wouldn't prevent open source, at least the intent is clear. Still "non-commercial" is still IMHO too vague, but that's a different story.
