THERE IS NO CHARGE TO TRANSFER FROM ONE RSP TO ANOTHER.

If they are transferring to renew, once their domain is listed with you as
the reseller, then you or they can request a renewal just like you do with
any other domain currently in your account.

Folks... I hate to say if, but it appears some people haven't read the FAQs.
