I appologize for causing such an uproar.

In fact I did read the FAQ and even linked to it in my initial request. I
still can't find anything about not being charged for the
move, although I could have missed it. It is true I only assumed I was
being charged for the RSP-RSP transfer, but I think it was a valid
assumption. Here is what I can see from the RWI.

A domain was moved from another RSP to us via the fax as per the FAQ. When
I lookup that domain under the inital charge $10 was listed. Registration
date was in 2000 (We didn't even exist then which makes sense) The client
then did a renewal after the transfer so the total charge is $20. My
assumption was we were charged the inital ten for the move. If there is no
charge for the move, then that $10 must belong to the other RSP for the
registration, since he's only renewed with me for a year my total charge
should be $10.

My concern was (if we were charged for the move) that giving the customer
the username makes tracking the process difficult. Allowing the reseller to
send the fax then let the customer login alla 'registrar-registrar
transfers' to approve the move would make it easier. Though if we don't get
charged then its true this not an issue. Thus when I see the newly moved
domain in the RWI before the customer does the renewal I should see a total
cost of $0, untill renewals are made which isn't happening.

Thank you all for your input, I guess I will just have to learn to trust
that it'll all work out, though I'm sure our accountant will have a few
words for me :)
