We are aware of the difficulty in maintaining updates to fixes - with this
in mind, newer releases of the code include diff files between previous
versions (2.32 to 2.33 for example) and between major versions (2.3 to 2.4,
when we get there). And it is not true that features are more important -
bug fixes have one of the highest priorities in the entire organization.
But we do have to release features to assuade the concerns of other of our
resellers. It's a juggling act.

We take in all the issues, and work on them in the most efficient manner
possible - admittedly we're not perfect at this, but we are working on
things and improving our processes (and prioritization criteria) all the
time.

This is fixed. Current mandate is to release diff files (as mentioned
above), as well as have the ChangeLog state EXACTLY what was fixed (nothing
ambiguous like "mods to reg_system.cgi") as well as what version was
released on which date. And we're now announcing which bugs were fixed with
which release, as well as establishing a protocol (starting this month!)
whereby we tell you, the reseller, what's being worked on now and in some
cases why.

We do implement them, and historically haven't been good at tracking that
back into the ChangeLog. Many cooks in this kitchen, and someone threw out
our souffle recipe. The fixes will be released, acknowledgements are going
to be tracked and announced publicly.

I appreciate your comments - there's pull from many of you to "put more
stuff in" and there's pull from many of you to "fix what you have first".
We're working hard to find a middle ground where we can make as many of you
as happy as possible. You can't make everyone happy all of the time
(unfortunately), but we're getting better at prioritizing, fixing,
announceing, etc.
