They have denied every one of my transfers for the past 4-5 weeks. They
denied those that are paid, not paid (which is their policy) and those that
have just been paid.

None of my customers are recieving the notice from NSI to confirm the
transfer. My clients are recieving two notifications. The one from TuCows
confirming the transfer then the one from NSI (nearly 2 weeks later)
informing them that the transfer did not go through because they did not
confirm it. Funny how that notice gets to them but the confirmation notice
does not.
