Hello all.

I have the same history.... they denied, I paid again, they accepted the 
payment and confirm it but seems the first deny message was not sent to 
OPENSRS system since now that I wanted to transfer it again I receive a 
message telling me that still there is a transfer pendieng for 
that  domain..... let's wait.....
