Hey guys, this conversation doesn't have anything to do with software
development.  This belongs on the discuss list and actually it has all
been discussed on the discuss list over and over again.

As I mentioned in the message archived at
http://www.opensrs.org/archives/discuss-list/0106/0890.html, the registry
is sending these messages to OpenSRS.  The problem is that OpenSRS is not
currently acting on the received messages.  Instead OpenSRS just waits for
their own internal time out to occur.  

I have been told that they are currently looking into fixing this problem.
