Hi,

Lately as you know we have seen a sharp increase in the number of failed
transfers and I am trying to analyze the cause, but the existing RSP
interface is not helping much.  There is a way to search by status, and I
am searching by "Canceled Orders" and "Declined Orders".  Apparently we
have had 0 declined orders and 110 canceled orders since we joined an year
ago.  Of the canceled orders, the causes are listed as various such as:

Transfer timed out waiting for owner approval.
Transfer timed out waiting for registry approval
Cancelled by OpenSRS Admin.

I would like to be able to specifically identify those failures that were
caused by the losing registrar claiming the admin contact declined or did
not respond vs.  How do I get this data?

And BTW what are "declined orders" ?
