one question. when registering nameserver, I don't have to have the FQDN RACE encoded. However if I want to delete it, it needs to be RACE encoded. Any reason for this?

the latest RCL is installed on horizon and you can play with it as a end-user

toronto.ca is reserved already with dev-CIRA
but london.ca is available (not sure about real-CIRA)
Only one little problem with dev-CIRA - municipal domain never goes dev-live and
application never manually approved (sorry for my english if any)
