Sorry, I couldn't help but jump in here.  You are talking about horizon,
the *test* system.  Do you actually really run the test system on a
regular basis?  Why are you doing 100 to 200 registrations through the
test system each month?  We used it a bit back ion December 1999 when we
were first setting up and then for a couple of hours about a month ago
while upgrading to a newer opensrs client version, but other than that,
the test system really isn't needed.

$17?  They offered us $8.  However, no matter what price they offer, it
really isn't worth it as they believe they have free reign to spam your
customers (with services in direct competition to yours) and bypass you
for renewals, etc.  When you add it all up, you never come out ahead when
doing business with netsol.
