The above is not correct.  Nameserver hosts originally registered with
netsol are reassigned to the new registrar when the base domain is moved.  

This is confirmed in the registry whois for the name server in question:

   Server Name: PASIONLATINA.ORG
   IP Address: 63.200.120.84
   Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net
   Referral URL: http://www.opensrs.org

I wonder if the problem is because the name server host name and the base
domain are exactly the same (i.e. no hostname "nswhatever.domain.ext" in
the name server name)?  I have heard that weird things can happen when you
do this.
