I went in to my httpd.conf file and shedded about 1200 lines that where just empty space. I did that for each one of our servers.
I added that line to all the hosts, but I had to add it this way:

SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \
             nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
             downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0

Here is what they now look like:

<IfDefine SSL>
<VirtualHost 66.96.248.120:443>
SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \
             nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
             downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0

ServerAlias segn.net

SSLCaCertificateFile /path/to/chain/cert

</VirtualHost>
</IfDefine SSL>

I then did an apache Config Test, It had no syntax errors, so I restarted the httpd.conf
all is well.

However, I have NOT yet tested to see if that fixed the errors.
I do hope it works, as I did that to all our servers, each one took a while :-(
such is life. At least the file is a lot cleaner now ;-)

If this does turn out to be the problem, I hope that helps you. I guess it depends on which
Server you run on, as to what you need to put in your file. I started with one server, and put
the one that guy says to put, but It gave my a syntax error, so I tried this one, and it was fine.

Thanks
Richard.
