The fix for this is almost completed.  We have a major maintenance release
scheduled for Wednesday the 8th, so we're going to package that fix with
this release.  I hope you can wait an extra day.

If you REALLY need a change done, lemme know (offlist, domain name, new
nameservers), and I'll work to get the lock removed long enough for the
change to be done.
