Over the past several weeks our office has not been able to reach the
resellers web interface at https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/~vpop/resellers/.
Actually, what happens is we do get a login screen but after submitting it
just hangs. Support told us that we needed to contact our network
administrator, but I did a traceroute and it shows the problem being far
from our realm (we are in Montana).  Can anyone help with this problem? I
can send the traceroute output as a text attachment (didn't want to send to
the whole list). Thanks!
