IIRC, Windows 95 (And 98/ME for that matter) doesn't have an internal cache. However, the winsock APIs (Which IE uses) do. Once you shut down IE and all other internet applications using these APIs, the DLLs are unloaded, and the cache is nuked. I don't have a Windows 95 box left to test though, when Microsoft gave up on hotfixes for Windows 95, so did I. -- The nice thing about standards, there is enough for everyone to have their own.
