escaped = DQUOTE *(TEXTDATA / COMMA / CR / LF / 2DQUOTE) DQUOTE


I was stating the *difference* from RFC4180 being precisely that
"simple, traditional CSV" doesn't accept the CR and LF alternatives in
that syntax production.
