Really? I've never heard of either company stealing people's money.
They may take it off you in accordance with their agreement you made
with them, and you may think that's unfair, but that's an entirely
different thing.
If any website can be declared "safe" in any sense, then a legitimate
bank or Paypal must fall into that category.
