Active committers maybe?

With git anyone can be a committer anyways.

For instance, I have been doing a lot of work on activemq-6 and I'm
not part of the PMC. I have a pretty good knowledge on Messaging and I
think I would be a helpful hand on either activemq-5 or 6.
