As Briana wrote - yeah I also think it's great to have it. We've been also
discussing it at the informal "after-summit" gathering which was
mostly "let's meet while we are there" - that having some opportunity for
synchronous communication is cool.

I think some basic rules need to be followed, then it will be great way to
bring the community communication and involvement to a different level:

* no decision making happens
* topics to discuss should be brought to devlist (with sufficient time to
react)
* open to everyone to attend
* should be recorded and published
* minutes written down and published to devlist
