This is a fantastic idea. I would like to be involved, Briana.

Adding to some points that Jarek mentioned, I think we should:
* Have an agenda, so that the folks interested are prepared before the
townhall
(This also allows the folks to decide if they want to attend this
particular town hall or not)
* We should have a minutes of meeting doc, which is readable by all,
editable by few
* Record and probably attached in every month's newsletter(?)
