Especially looking forward to broaden the community. I assume details of
processes and policies need to be refined when we learn over time. And I
am hoping we can keep a monorepo for the time being as splitting apart
will add a big level of complexity in tooling in my view.

concluding last week, I would like to call for a vote.
This is motivated by the incoming community requests for adding new
providers (aka Integrations) to Apache Airflow, while updating the
governance process to ensure maintainability without overloading the
maintainers. This also leverages the model initially incorporated for the
UI translations work.
