Tested 3.1.6rc1 via breeze and LocalExecutor, CeleryExecutor as well as
EdgeExecutor (version from current main) with Fab and Simple Auth
Manager. Using my "typical" Integration Test Dag from Edge provider
package - no problems discovered. Good to be released in my view!
Was a bit reluctant first as when starting va breeze (breeze
start-airflow --use-airflow-version 3.1.6rc1 ...) with Fab Auth Manager
the logout was not possible. The (per default) installed Fab 2.4.4
somehow has a bug/problem from the past.. but upgrading to most recent
released Fab provider 3.1.1 fixed the problem. So please ensure that the
constraints are updated to most recent providers when releasing.
