On a second look, all other docs might be incorrect as well in this
circumstance. Just raising to double-check that it could be related
Bumped this in core, which diffscope gives a similar difference for the
build for rc for core if I follow up the docs.

I made this test. It could be that the version suffix should be there while
creating for verifying releases, or maybe we have different routes where I
got different in core but not in the helm package. I asked in a thread as a
separate, but could be related, since what was generated and in SVN have
differences.
