Dear Apex community, This is to initiate the discussion about graduation of Apache Apex to top level project (TLP). Apex entered incubation ~6 months ago in August.
Since then we have seen steady growth in interest in the project based on email list participation and meetups. We have released 3 times (1 Core, 2 Malhar) with another core RC just around the corner. We have seen new contributors (including some from other Apache communities). We added new committers and PPMC members and increased diversity. It would be great to hear your what the community overall thinks about graduating and what the mentors take on it is?
