I feel keeping an explicit language preference as english is kind of
redundant info, given that most of the ones that
actually do write chinese in PRs or issues are kind enough to write
translation transcripts in english.
Even if they don't I guess a translation request would be enough or better
use google translate.
To be fair, a good chunk of contributors on this project are chinese and
even though most of them have good english,
it might need some work for the ones that don't have good english to
understand the texts on github
when written in english, for the ones this request applies to (who don't
have good english)

PS: I actually like some chinese here and there, it reminds me I am working
with a global community.
