Yup. I *just* created APRUTIL last night. While Ryan and I can go hog-wild
and start shifting a bunch of code from Apache and APR over to APRUTIL, it
would be nice to at least hear a bit of other input.

I'm going to send out a detailed plan in a while. This will go to new-httpd
and to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I just realized that new-httpd might not be entirely 
keyed
in on the new package)

Absolutely... have no fear on that one.

(and after the copy, the tags will be removed from new loc)
