I am sure there is no problem to convert the GEF project (projects) at
the same time. Brian Behlendorf told me that they prefer to convert as
many tigris projects as possible at the same time.
On the other hand, the GEF project is a separate project with a separate
release plan and separate release building tools so there is no reason
to keep them together.
ArgoPrint is already converted. I requested that conversion to see how
the conversion was done. I plan to let the Summer of Code student work
directly in that project. I hope you have all downloaded and installed
the subclipse plugin to Eclipse and downloaded that project (using the
argoprint-projectset.psf file in the argouml project).
