This has to be committed for 0.26, it is MUCH better than have nothing until the big javahelp solution comes! (But just your original patch that displays the online user manual, let's leave out the Wiki for now from F1.) Thomas P.S.: BTW, it's issue 2768 where Andreas attached the patch.
