Hello, The tagged-value list is not refreshed after you add a stereotype to a class. See my example here: http://www.argouml-users.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=33&p=234#p234
It's not critical, but I think it's a real problem of usability if you use TD in sterotypes in a profile.
